MASTER AGREEMENT

Terms of Service

Last Updated: September 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up for, accessing, or utilizing the Citerecon Generative Search Intelligence Platform (“Service”), operated by Dubori, based in Jorhat, Assam, India (“Dubori”, “we”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of an organization, you represent that you possess the authority to bind that entity.

2. Permitted Use & Telemetry Limits

Citerecon grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the platform in accordance with your selected subscription tier (Scout, Command, or Enterprise). You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer our simulation pipelines, circumvent rate limits, or resell raw platform telemetry without written authorization.

3. Subscription, Free Trials & Cancellation

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis depending on your selection at checkout. Subscriptions automatically renew at the conclusion of each billing period unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

New accounts enrolled in the Scout or Command plans include a 7-day free trial. You may cancel your trial at any time before the 7-day period concludes directly through your workspace dashboard settings, incurring zero charges.

You may cancel your active subscription at any time via Dashboard Settings or by submitting a cancellation request to [email protected]. Upon cancellation, your workspace retains access to active features until the end of your current paid billing period.

4. Refund Policy & 14-Day Guarantee

We stand behind the performance of our Generative Search Intelligence suite:

  • Scout & Command Plans: Covered by our 7-day risk-free trial. If cancelled during the trial, no charges occur. Paid subscription renewals can be cancelled anytime for subsequent billing cycles.
  • Enterprise Plan: Backed by our 14-day money-back satisfaction guarantee. If our multi-engine frontier mesh does not fulfill your organization's telemetry requirements, contact [email protected] within 14 calendar days of your initial activation for a full refund.
  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.

5. Merchant of Record (Paddle.com)

Our order and billing processes are conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com (Paddle.com Market Ltd). While Dubori (Jorhat, Assam, India) develops, maintains, and operates the Citerecon software and simulation infrastructure, Paddle.com is the legal Merchant of Record for all customer transactions.

Paddle handles payment processing, currency conversions, sales tax and VAT compliance, invoicing, and customer billing support. When purchasing a subscription, your payment details are collected and processed securely by Paddle.com in accordance with Paddle's privacy policy and checkout terms.

6. Third-Party LLM Dependencies

Citerecon analyzes outputs from independent third-party foundation models (including OpenAI ChatGPT, Anthropic Claude, Perplexity AI, and Google Gemini). While we guarantee continuous monitoring infrastructure and prompt simulation execution, foundation model output non-determinism is an inherent characteristic of generative AI.

7. Governing Law & Support

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Assam, India applicable to Dubori, without regard to conflict of law principles.
